The Break Notification

The 'Break Notification' window is a window that slides out from the system tray area (lower right corner) of the screen to display messages. It always contains a message but will also contain the 'Micro-Break Now' and 'Micro-Break Later' buttons when it is displayed to notify you it is time for your break.

The message text may alert you that a break is recommended or simply notify you that your settings were successfully saved after you save your settings. The small icon in the upper left corner of the break window graphically shows which milestone (keys struck, mouse clicks, mouse movement or time) triggered the break. When Office Athlete® is first started, the message text wishes you a good morning, good afternoon, or good evening.

The 'Micro-Break Now' button opens the exercise window and displays the selected stretch for your break.

The 'Micro-Break Later' button skips this break and closes the Break Notification window until you reach your next milestone. It will then remind you to take a break. The 'Break Notification' window also automatically closes based on the duration you have selected in the 'Display Options' tab of the 'Settings' view.
