What is Manager Console and how does it work?

The Manager Console is used to configure and monitor Office Athlete® in a multi-user environment. When the Manager Console is running, an icon will be displayed in the system tray. Interact with the Manager Console by right-clicking this icon and choosing an available option.

‘Record Statistics' corresponds to the option for requiring users to upload their statistics to the database when Office Athlete® is closed. This option will display a checkmark if it has been turned on and clicking it will toggle this setting.

‘Licenses' displays the screen for managing licenses. This screen displays all users, whether they are currently assigned a license, and the current license key. You may use this screen to free a license from use or to update your license key to support more users.

‘Statistics Report' is used to open the statistics report. This report displays an average of all users’ statistics in the same format as the single user’s statistics report in the Office Athlete® User Program. No user information is displayed in this report and all statistics are completely anonymous.

To close the Manager Console, click the ‘Exit Office Athlete® Manager’ option.
