Office Athlete® Settings

You can change the default Office Athlete® settings to customize Office Athlete®. Open the Office Athlete® Settings view by:

  • clicking the Office Athlete® Settings menu
  • pressing the CTRL and Y keys together

The 'Settings' view is displayed in the main Office Athlete® window and displays four tabs containing Office Athlete® setting options. Click on the desired tab to see the settings.

Make changes to more than one tab by clicking between the tabs. To save your changes, click the 'Save Settings' button at the bottom of the 'Settings' view. To leave the 'Settings' view without saving your changes, click on the 'Cancel' button. Please note, moving from tab to tab does not save your changes. When you click the 'Save Settings' button, you save changes on all tabs. When you click the 'Cancel' button, you leave the 'Settings' view, close the main Office Athlete® window, and do not save any changes. Office Athlete® will still be running in the background but the main window will no longer be visible.

  • 'Stretches' tab lets you select the Office Athlete® stretches
  • 'Reminders' tab lets you set the Office Athlete® 'Micro-Break' counters
  • 'My Information' tab sets your name and other information
  • 'Display Options' tab selects the desktop location where Office Athlete® will display the 'Stretch' window. Select the 'Show a stretch when Office Athlete starts?' check box to display a stretch when you turn on your computer.
