Office Athlete® Statistics

You can view current counts for each activity monitored by Office Athlete®. To review Your Office Athlete® statistics:

• double-click on the Office Athlete® icon in the task bar system tray
• select the Office Athlete® ‘Statistics’ menu from the menu bar
• or press the CTRL and S keys together

This window shows a report of your past and current computer activity. The figures shown are:

• 'This Period' counts your computer activity since your last break, or last skipped break
• 'Today' counts your computer activity for the past 24 hours, and will reset at 12:01am
• 'This Week' counts your computer activity for the past five days
• 'This Month' counts your computer activity for the past 30 days
• 'Total' counts all of Office Athlete®'s tracking since it was first installed.

The Stats Report shows your activity for the:

• number of keystrokes typed
• number of mouse button clicks
• distance the mouse has moved
• minutes of typing
• number of 'Micro-Breaks' taken
• number of 'Micro-Breaks' skipped

You can print this report by clicking 'Print Stats.'
